I have this blog because I love music passionately. I love the progression of a song, the swell of it, the way it permeates a room and fills the spaces. I love how it ebbs and flows and how it can be a tangible thing - how you can move around inside it and it can move around inside you. And I love to talk about it, write about it, experience it.

Christmas Came Early
In an attempt to make this Christmas as not normal as possible (and because I got my husband a sweet-ass replica light saber that I could NOT keep secret any longer) we exchanged presents tonight. And I got vinyl!!

Sweet!!!! Do you have one of those vinyl-to-MP3 record players?
ReplyDeleteNo, mine won't do that, but most new records are coming with free MP3 downloads, so that's pretty sweet! The old stuff that I've got, I already have digital copies of for the most part.
